This document sets out all the terms and conditions that apply to use of the gqee platform (website: gqee.lat). When you browse our website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may hold only one active account. Creating or operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.1 Password & Login

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and never share them with any third party. Always log in securely from the gqee Login page.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. gqee is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access unless it is caused by our own technical fault.

3.3 SSL Protection

gqee uses SSL encryption technology to protect all transactions and personal data. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your device and network. You should avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi or shared devices.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when depositing funds into gqee:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gqee offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus expires once that period ends.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• gqee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent means of obtaining a bonus are detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

gqee has three VIP tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.1 Game Results

All game results on gqee are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through live dealers. gqee works with established game providers to ensure fair play — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes a game result to be uncertain or incorrectly displayed, gqee reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. We are not obligated to pay out any falsely displayed winnings resulting from an error.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the last state recorded on the server will be considered final. gqee does not bear responsibility for losses caused by the user's internet or device issues.

6.4 Sports Betting

The competition's designated rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with gqee's sports rules. For events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or ICC tournaments, separate rules apply for each betting market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to influence game results through fraud, manipulation, or any form of misconduct.
• Playing or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, gqee may permanently close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the gqee website and platform — logos, graphics, text, source code, designs, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive property of gqee or its licensors. These assets are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use

You are granted limited use of the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering any part of the platform.
• Using gqee's trademarks or logos without permission.

9.1 Nature of Service

9.2 Exclusion of Liability

9.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete all active bonuses and betting rounds before submitting a closure request. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met.

10.2 Suspension by gqee

gqee may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspected bonus abuse or collusion.
• Self-exclusion request due to responsible gaming concerns.

10.3 Permanently Banned Users

In cases of serious violations, gqee may permanently prohibit the person concerned from creating a new account in the future. This decision is final and at our discretion.
